SCHOOLS
Learning Space provides a cost effective service for students with social, emotional and / or behavioural difficulties. Family and peer group relationship difficulties, anxiety and bullying are major issues that can lead to anger, low-self-esteem and decline in a student’s behaviour. Learning Space Practitioners can work with these children either individually or in groups. We also meet with parents and liaise with the teaching and pastoral staff in school.

COSTS
School negotiate their own levels of service provision and costs are roughly equivalent to £10,200 per anum for one day per week in school.

OFF-SITE SUPPORT
Schools and other agencies are also able to refer individual students to our base at St Andrew’s School. Following assessment students receive an individualised support package based on their needs which could include basic skills teaching and accreditation, support for work experience and 1:1 mentoring.
The cost of this is £37 per hour.
